0730 Rise and shine. Breakfast of toast. Pack up.
0930 Check out.
0945 (690 km) Leave from Broken Oar shop - last minute lolly shopping for the drive home.
1330 (989 km) Bairnsdale. McDonalds lunch.
1400 Fill up.
1440 (989 km) Leave Bairnsdale.
1730 (1262 km) Home sweet home.

0900 Breakfast of bacon and eggs.
0930 Pack up annex due to impending rain - just in time as it rained on and off all day.
1100 Sand modelling competition. Adult and kids category - kids had a sandman and castle with catapult and all. Won chocolate and lollies.
1230 Lunch of sausages and toasted sandwiches.
1400 Hired bike cart for MJ and Jack.
1500 Beach - body boarding with new boards, even HM had a go! And digging for clams. MK spent ages bodyboarding, some of the others, kids and grownups also came along for a last body boarding session. Great waves.
1800 Dinner of tuna mornay.
1930 Movie Despicable Me.

0800 Breakfast of cereal.
0900 Fishing on the beach. Jack caught the first - a whiting, which he promptly named 'Bob'. Zoe caught a large flathead. All the kids wanted to have a go then, instead of playing soccer. Used clams as bait.
1100 Took part in the Mystery Photo Chase - we were given a list of photos with questions about each one, and we had to find each photo at the caravan park. Didn't win, didn't find all the clues - some were quite hard.
1200 Lunch of Indomie.
1340 (670 km) Shopping at Merimbula. Bought food, lollies and body boards.
1440 (690 km) Unpack.
1500 Fishing. Caught 5 fish. Caught flathead, puffer fish - threw them all back as they were too small.
1800 BBQ dinner with friends again.
1930 Karaoke competition - some of the girls took part, we went along to support and cheer.

0900 Breakfast of pancakes at BBQ.
1100 Took part in the Beach treasure hunt. Using film canisters to hold little prizes eg Mentos, stickers, erasers. Jack spending a lot of time with us, practically part of the family. MK going off with his friends a lot.
1230 Lunch of baked beans and spaghetti.
1500 Went fishing at Pambula River - no fish. But met up with the Bryants from school. What a coincidence.
1800 Had dinner with the rest of friends. Did fried rice on BBQ - worked quite well.

0900 Breakfast of raisin toast, muesli and coco pops.
0930 Swimming and body boarding with our new wet suits. Built sand castle. MH found a clam while playing on the sand, before you know it, we've dug out 20-30.
1230 Lunch of rolls with ham and chicken.
1430 Go for walk to Pambula River over trecherous rocks. Jack came along with us. Found hermit crabs, anemone etc in the rock pools. Went home the safer, over the headland, way.
1700 Swim in pool and tested snorkel and goggles.
1800 Dinner of noodles with mince pork.
1930 Bingo night. MJ entered but didn't win anything. More rain overnight.

0900 Breakfast of raisin toast and cereal. A few showers again this morning.
0930 Played games with a new friend called Jack.
1100 Entered mini golf competition. MK came first in his age group and got a mini basketball game lolly toy. MH also came first in his age group and got the same prize. MJ tied with another boy, Spencer, and had to play off. MJ got 5 and the other boy got 6, so MJ also came first and got a yoyo lolly toy. Well done to everyone! Also met up with MH's buddy from school - how amazing is that?
1200 (575 km) Went for a drive - need to do some food shopping.
1230 (584 km) Merimbula information centre, then decided to head to . . .
1300 (624 km) Bega Cheese Factory. Had lunch - lasagne, hot dog, burger.
1500 (658 km) Back at Merimbula. Bought some groceries, and on the way back, spied a shop with body boards. Didn't buy any boards but spent hundreds of dollars on wet suits for everyone, snorkel and flippers. We're true blue sun loving Aussies now!
1700 (667 km) Back at Pambula Beach caravan park. Went for a swim to try out new gear. Rain heavily, very heavily.
1830 Dinner of falafel and chicken fajitas.
Heavy rain overnight but cosy in the camper trailer with the heater on.

0800 Breakfast of bacon and eggs.
0900 Went to visit the Amors and friends.
1000 Swimming in pool - there's an indoor heated pool, spa & outside cold pool.
1030 HM walked to the Pambula market about 3kms away with Catherine and new friends. Drizzled on and off the whole trip of 2 hours. Saw native fruit called finger lime.
1200 Lunch of crackers, cabana, creamed corn, cocktail frankfurts.
1330 Board games.
1500 Went down to the beach - amazing squeaky sand, just like WIlson's Prom. Played in the sand and waves. MK tried body boarding.
1700 Swim in pool again.
1800 Dinner.
1930 Movie night "Cats and Dogs".

0630 Rise and shine and pack.
0850 (0 km) Left. Fill up.
1240 (276 km) Bairnsdale. Fill up, seems to be quite cheap compared to other towns. We had homemade sausage rolls for lunch at nice playground over the river. Huge slide, flying fox, rope climbing tower.
1330 (278 km) Continue drive.
1700 (575 km) Finally arrived at Pambula! Heaps of kangaroos everywhere. Set up - took about 1 hour to get in, fully set up 1.5 hours. Site E24. Kids excited, have sighted some friends but not sure where they are.
1900 Dinner of spaghetti bolognaise.
